Isothermal kit with injected polyurethane foam insulation (ISOPUR) validated to maintain a temperature of -21ºC for 86 hours.
Composed of 4 x 900 gr. rigid negative cold accumulators + 2 x 2000 gr. rigid negative accumulators frozen at -30ºC minimum 48 hours in advance.
Pre-qualified solutions for the transport and shipment of temperature-sensitive products (during the winter cycle), guaranteeing a transit time up to 86 hours, with a temperature range of -21ºC.
Based on the American standard ISTA, different tests have been carried out with maximum and minimum product loads and performed in triplicate.
The rigid polyurethane foam is an isothermal material characterized by its solid, uniform and resistant structure, which has a high insulating capacity due to its low thermal conductivity and represents a 25% improvement over the average of other products used in thermal insulation.
